When considering the design of a sharps container or clinical waste bin, we asked ourselves the question "if we or our loved ones were in an hospital room – what would we think would be an acceptable safety standard?" We’ve all been in clinical environments where clinical waste bins do not live up to this image, and at Sharpsmart we are passionate about changing this! Involving clinicians in our design process and engaging clinical feedback during trials, Sharpsmart's range of clinical waste containers cater for all healthcare wastestreams and have been peer reviewed in international medical journals for achieving unprecedented clinical outcomes.
